What to expect
Healthy leadership does not happen by accident—it grows from the inner life of a leader. The Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Course is an eight-week journey designed to help pastors, ministry leaders, and teams move beyond surface-level discipleship and cultivate the kind of interior life that creates lasting, sustainable, spiritually vibrant leadership.
This course gives leaders a biblical framework and practical tools to slow down, pay attention to what is happening beneath the iceberg of their leadership, and lead from a place of depth, clarity, and emotional maturity. Through practices such as silence and stillness, exploring family patterns, embracing grief and loss, and crafting a Rule of Life, leaders learn how to build a culture that is healthier, more grounded, and more aligned with the way of Jesus.
Facilitated live on Zoom by Steven Creange, a certified Emotionally Healthy Discipleship coach and instructor with over 20 years of experience, the course integrates the trusted teaching of Pete and Geri Scazzero with Steven’s practical coaching lens.
