The pattern I keep seeing: Leaders complete Emotionally Healthy Spirituality or Emotionally Healthy Relationships, experience real transformation, then return to their ministry context and within months feel like they're sliding back into old patterns.

They're not asking if EHD works, because it does!

They're asking how to keep practicing it in the dailiness of life and leadership.

That question has stayed with me because I know the answer isn't more content. It's sustained practice in community with other leaders who understand the unique pressures of ministry.

So beginning in March, I'm hosting a monthly workshop series for pastors, ministry leaders, and team members who want to move emotionally healthy leadership from concept into sustainable daily practice.

Each 90-minute virtual session focuses on one leadership practice. We'll spend time in brief teaching, guided reflection, and community processing with other ministry leaders.

  • March 19 (1:00 PM ET) — Building Emotionally Healthy Teams

    How to name the tension everyone feels but no one's saying—and facilitate the conversation without it becoming destructive. You'll work through a framework for addressing conflict before it becomes a crisis.

  • April 23 — Leading From the Inside Out

    Your unprocessed stress and unexamined patterns shape your ministry culture. We'll identify interior patterns affecting your leadership and create a plan to address one this quarter.

  • June 30 — Power, Roles, and Unspoken Expectations

    Making the implicit explicit in team dynamics. You'll practice using a tool to clarify expectations before they create relational fractures.

  • September 17 — Pacing, Limits, and Sustainability for Teams

    How to lead at a sustainable pace. We'll work on creating realistic rhythms for your team that don't require you to sacrifice your health.

  • October 22 — Navigating Change Without Losing Your Soul

    DescriptiLeading through transition means leading through grief—yours and your team's. We'll practice acknowledging loss while moving forward.on goes here

  • November 19 — Practicing Sabbath as a Team Discipline

    Sabbath isn't just personal—it's communal. We'll design Sabbath practices for teams that can actually be sustained.
